I’m Jeff Payne and I am originally from California. I was originally in the business of wine making, however eventually all that sunshine got the best of me so I decided to move to Kentucky to pursue my true love Horses! I had even less success in the horse business than I did in the grape business so now I am pursuing my third love in life….the automobile business!
